My November Makeup Bin 2020
For the month of November, I have decided to start a monthly makeup bin. I have so much makeup that it gets hard to track it all. I tend to use a product, put it back in my makeup drawers and I forget I even had that product in the first place. Therefore, causing me to hardly get to use some of the products I love. With a monthly makeup bin, it will help me focus on certain products and help me get some use out of them. So, I cleaned out my makeup drawers and these are the products I chose to put in my November makeup bin. I tried to pick products that would be perfect for the month of November keeping thanksgiving, the weather, and mask-wearing in mind. I picked products that I am currently testing out for a future blog post, products I forgot about, favorites, and some project pans. I'm going my best to not go in my makeup drawers and only used the products that I have shopped from my stash. I have divided my makeup bin into three categories face, eyes, and lips.
Face Products for November
The biggest category for my November makeup bin is the face. The face category includes primer, foundation, powder, concealer, blushes, and bronzers. For my primer, foundation, and powder, I was very strict. Since I recently bought the Bite Beauty Changemaker Supercharged Micellar Foundation, Bite Beauty Changemaker Skin Optimizing Primer for dry skin, and Bite Beauty Changemaker Flexible Coverage Pressed Powder, I only picked these products for my base for the month of November so that I can give a thorough review regarding this products. For concealer, I have picked the glossier stretch concealer. This concealer is very hydrating and would be the perfect product for my dry skin especially during the fall season.
Eye Products for November
My eyes category is really small compared to the face category.
For my eyeshadow, I picked the Urban Decay Ultraviolet palette, Persona Cosmetics Color Theory Copper palette, and the *Bodyography Glitter Pigment in Celestial. I picked two palettes because the Urban Decay Ultraviolet palette only has limited mattes and transitions shades, while the *Persona Cosmetics Color Theory Copper palette has the mattes that the Urban Decay is missing. In my opinion, these two palettes complement each other. I do have a review and swatches of the Persona Cosmetics Color Theory Copper on my blog if you want to check it out (Review/Swatches).
Lip Products for November
The lip category is the smallest. I have only chosen 4 products. Two lip glosses, one lip liner, and a lipstick.
Nudestix Lip Glace Plumping Lip Gloss in Nude Cherry 00, Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss in Free Spirit, KKW Beauty lipstick in Classic Icon 1, KKW Beauty in Classic Icon Liner |
The two glosses I have picked are the Nudestix Lip Glace Plumping Lip Gloss in Nude Cherry 00 and *Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil-Infused Gloss in Free Spirit. The lip liner I have picked for my November Makeup Bin is the KKW Beauty lip liner in Classic Icon Liner. This liner works great with all lip colors and is perfect for the fall. The lipstick I have picked is the KKW Beauty lipstick in shade Classic Icon 1. I am almost done with this shade so I want to finish the remaining product to start using the other 100 nude lipsticks I have in my collection 😂 .
