Nudestix Nudies Matte Bondi Bae Review

Nudestix makes some of the best cream products I have ever tried. In my opinion, Nudestix Nudies Matte formula is the perfect consistency; their cream products are not too dry and not too wet. I find that the Nudestix Nudies Matte blends into the skin beautifully. Nudestix Nudies Matte are buildable and are perfect for a natural makeup style. The shade Bondi Bae is marketed as a cream blush and bronzer; however, I see this shade more as bronzer than a blush because is more on the browner side. This shade is also perfect as an eyeshadow and lip color. I prefer to use this bronzer when I am a little tanner because it can look a little orange when I am paler or when I apply a lot of it. Therefore, I would not recommend this product as a bronzer to people who have pale/fair skin tone or people with a deep skin tone since it might be too light for them to bronze their face. I think Bondi Bae would be a great bronzer for people with light-medium to medium skin tone.

Because this shade is currently too warm for my skin tone, I like to pick up the product with a makeup brush directly from the stick.  I find that when I apply it directly to my face, I apply too much of the product and it comes out looking orange. So, I buildup the product until I am satisfied. However, if you have deeper skin than me, this product does also work well applied directly to the face.  I prefer to use a fluffy makeup brush such as the, It Cosmetics No 7 brush, to blend out the product. Like I have mentioned in other blog posts, I do not like the brush the Nudestix Nudies Matte Blush & Bronze come with. I find them to be very stiff and they make blending difficult and patchy. However, the product works best with a fluffy makeup brush or a beauty sponge.

Overall, Nudestix Nudies Matte Blush & Bronze cream products are great and have a consistent formula throughout each shade. The shade, Bondi Bae, it is a great cream bronzer for all light-medium to medium skin types. If you are oily, you may want to set it with a translucent powder or powder bronzer.
